About Our Maintenance Agreements Apple Computer recommends a regular schedule of maintenance procedures to keep your Mac in top condition, and eliminate minor problems before they become major headaches. Unfortunately, depending on the complexity of your system, these procedures can use up quite a few hours of valuable time each month. What's more, unless you have hundreds of dollars in diagnostic tools and years of Mac service experience, you may not be able to identify, understand or repair some problems yourself. That's why professional business and educational users should consider a 5-Minute Mac Maintenance Agreement - the easy and affordable way to keep your Macintosh computer system running in top condition all year long. When you purchase a 5-Minute Mac Maintenance Agreement, our experienced technicians handle all of your preventative maintenance procedures at times when it's convenient for you - so you can devote your time to more important things. Plus, when you consider the long hours and expensive diagnostic equipment you would need to do it yourself, our maintenance agreements are an excellent value. Each 5-Minute Mac Maintenance Agreement is contracted for one year and provides either monthly (12 times per year, for power users) or bimonthly (6 times per year) on-site maintenance for a single Macintosh workstation. Maintenance fees can be paid in full at signing (you'll save an extra 10%), or they can be billed at the beginning of each service month. ALL maintenance services listed in the agreement are included in your monthly fees, even if completion of those services requires more time than we anticipate.
