Maintenance Agreement Services

(Available only for business and educational systems.)

Each maintenance visit includes these services:

Full diagnostic hardware analysis

Full diagnostic System Software analysis

File/Directory Repair of all fixed-position hard disk drives (Reformatting, if required, not included),

Defragment all fixed-position hard disk drives,

Diagnostic search and elimination of all known viruses,

Diagnostic analysis and repair of font library corruption,

Installation of any System Software component updates available from Apple (limited to releases appropriate for your license, version upgrades not included),

Installation of any freeware Commercial Software updates and patches (limited to releases appropriate for your license),

Clean workstation casing, peripheral casings and monitor screen

Creation of a hardware/software serial number record for your workstation (helpful for insurance and accounting records),

PLUS: All other services performed during the contract year will be billed at 20% off our normal hourly rates - including "Clean Sweep" services, hardware upgrades, new software installations, and all other repair or troubleshooting services.

Price: $75 per service month.

($67.50 per month if paid in full at signing)

Monthly (12x) or Bimonthly (6x) Schedules Available

Requires approximately 2 hours per visit (Reg. $150)

"Clean Sweep" Services:

If your system is plagued by a number of problems, or you experience a catastrophic hardware or software failure, we usually recommend a full "Clean Sweep" of your system. This involves completely erasing and reformatting your hard drive, reinstalling every software application you own, and reconfiguring your system back to the way you like it.

To maintain maximum performance and reliability, however, Apple also recommends that you perform a similar "maintenance" Clean Sweep of your system after every 2,000 hours of use (roughly once each year). Plus, it's usually a good idea to "Clean Sweep" your system before installing any significant hardware or software upgrades.

Depending on the complexity of your system, a Clean Sweep might require as few as three hours, or more than eight hours to complete. But, as a special "preferred customer" bonus, clients who sign Maintenance Agreements receive a 20% discount off the normal rates for their annual Clean Sweep, and any other services we perform during the year.

NEW - CD Backup / Archive Service:

All magnetic storage media will fail - eventually. It may happen years from now, or it may happen tomorrow.
